CHALLENGE

Radlink Communications required specialist commissioning and completions support for the delivery of new communications towers at BHP's Jimblebar Mine. The project formed part of the enabling infrastructure for a new mining pit, requiring a structured commissioning process and compliant completions system to meet BHP's project and handover requirements.

SOLUTION

Eminence Energy was engaged due to our extensive experience working within BHP project environments to establish the project's commissioning and completions framework. Our team developed the commissioning and completions systems before transitioning into an on-site role, providing commissioning support, technical supervision, system verification, and coordination throughout construction, testing, and handover.

RESULTS

The project successfully progressed from construction through commissioning using a structured and compliant completions process that met BHP requirements.
